VILNIUS, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on Saturday freed 123 prisoners, including Nobel Peace Prize laureate Ales Bialiatski, after two days of talks with an envoy for President Donald Trump, the U.S. embassy in Lithuania said.
