US Cash Grains-Soybean and corn bids mixed at river terminals

CHICAGO, Dec 12 (Reuters) - Soybean and corn basis bids were mixed at river terminals in the U.S. Midwest on Friday, while corn bids were steady to higher at rail terminals and elevators in a spot check of locations.

• Basis bids for corn and soybeans were higher at a river terminal in Davenport, Iowa. They were lower at a river terminal in Morris, Illinois.

• Corn bids were higher at rail terminals in Evansville, Indiana and Columbus, Ohio, and at elevators in Council Bluffs, Iowa and Blair, Nebraska.

• CBOT January soybeans SF26 settled down 16-3/4 cents at $10.76-3/4 per bushel.

• CBOT March corn CH26 settled down 5-3/4 cents at $4.40-3/4 per bushel.
