Supertanker Skipper seized by US near Venezuela is heading to Houston, sources say

HOUSTON, Dec 12 (Reuters) - Supertanker Skipper that was seized by the U.S. near Venezuela this week is heading to Houston, two sources said on Friday.
The Very Large Crude Carrier, which can carry a maximum of 2 million barrels of oil, is too large to enter the Houston port and will need to anchor close by and offload the cargo to smaller ships, one of the sources added.
