Exxon, Aramco, Samref to explore major upgrade of Yanbu refinery

Dec 8 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil XOM.N, Saudi's Aramco 2222.SE and Samref signed an agreement on Monday to evaluate a significant upgrade of the Samref refinery in Yanbu, and an expansion of the facility into an integrated petrochemical complex.
