Venezuela challenges US judge's sale order of Citgo parent before appeals court

HOUSTON, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Lawyers representing Venezuela and the parent companies of refiner Citgo Petroleum have filed appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit challenging an order last week from a Delaware judge that authorized the sale of PDV Holding's shares, they told the court in filings on Monday.
