Russia says the time for the Black Sea grain deal has passed

MOSCOW, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Wednesday that the time for the now-defunct deal for the safe passage of grain via the Black Sea has passed.
Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said last week that he planned to discuss the grain deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a phone call, but the subject was not mentioned in the Kremlin statement after the call.
