Serbia's central bank to stop payment transactions for NIS if license not extended

BELGRADE, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Serbia's central bank said in a statement it will stop all payment transactions for Serbia's Russian-owned oil company NIS if its operating license is not extended.
The U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) placed sanctions on Russia's oil sector in January, including on NIS.
