CHICAGO, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures ended lower on Friday as plentiful global inventories continued to loom over the market, analysts said.
CBOT March soft red winter wheat WH26 slipped 1 cent to close at $5.39-3/4 per bushel and set the lowest price since October 31. The contract was down about 0.3% for the week.
K.C. March hard red winter wheat KWH26 ended up 2-1/2 cents at $5.26-1/4, and Minneapolis December spring wheat MWEH26 was last down 5-1/4 cents at $5.75-1/4.
Traders waited for the results of an international tender for about 300,000 metric tons of hard milling wheat from Saudi Arabia's state grains buying agency.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported on Thursday that China bought 132,000 tons of U.S. white wheat, though the confirmation did not rally the market.
