Abu Dhabi's IHC confirms it expressed interest in Lukoil's foreign assets

DUBAI, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Abu Dhabi conglomerate International Holding Company IHC.AD confirmed it has expressed interest in Russian oil group Lukoil's LKOH.MM foreign assets to the U.S Treasury, the company said in response to a Reuters inquiry.
