HOUSTON, Nov 14 (Reuters) - U.S. liquefied natural gas plants could use 40 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day in the coming years, Cheniere Energy's LNG.N chief commercial officer, Anatol Feygin, said on Friday at a seminar held by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
