BASRA, IRAQ Nov 4 (Reuters) - Spain’s O.M. International Group Oil and Gas Services is the front runner to build a fixed LNG gas platform at Iraq's Faw port, director general of the Iraqi ports company Farhan Al- Fartousi told Reuters on Tuesday.
