US energy official says Russian sanctions will not drastically impact allies

ABU DHABI, Nov 3 (Reuters) - The U.S. Department of Energy's deputy secretary, James Danly, said that the impact of Russian sanctions will not be felt drastically by allies and friends.
Speaking at the ADIPEC energy conference in Abu Dhabi, Danly also said that it is difficult to predict the effects of the sanctions.
