Three injured after fire at HF Sinclair Navajo refinery in New Mexico

- Three individuals were injured after a fire broke out at HF Sinclair's DINO.N Navajo refinery in Artesia, New Mexico, on Friday, the company said in a statement.

The Dallas, Texas-based refiner responded to a fire at the Navajo facility at approximately 1:10 p.m. ET today. The fire has been extinguished, the company said. Three individuals were taken off site for medical attention and no other injuries have been reported.

"We're currently conducting air monitoring along the fence line and within the community. There is no risk to public safety at this time," the company said.

The Navajo refinery has a crude oil capacity of 100,000 barrels per day, serving markets in the southwestern U.S., including New Mexico, Arizona and West Texas.
