KYIV, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Ukraine's sunflower seed harvest is expected to fall to 10.5 million tons this year from 12 million tons in 2024 due to bad weather, Stepan Kapshuk, head of the vegetable oil producers union Ukroliyaprom, told Reuters on Thursday.
A lower harvest would result in a smaller sunflower oil output, expected at 4.9 million tonnes in the 2025-2026 season compared with 5.1 million tonnes in the 2024-2025 season, he said.
