Ukraine says it hit Russia's Ryazan oil refinery overnight

KYIV, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Kyiv's forces struck Russia's Ryazan oil refinery overnight, Ukraine's general staff said on Thursday.
The attack caused a massive fire at the plant critical for Russian military supplies, it said on Telegram. Ukrainian drones also hit an ammunition depot in Belgorod region, according to the general staff.
