Energy facility in Russian region suffers minor damage in Ukrainian attack, governor says

MOSCOW, Oct 23 (Reuters) - An energy facility in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region suffered minor damage in a Ukrainian drone attack, regional governor Gleb Nikitin said on Thursday via his channel in Telegram.
There were no casualties in the attack, nor were there any power outages, Nikitin said.
