Woodside to sell 10% stake in Louisiana LNG, 80% of Driftwood pipeline for $250 million

Oct 23 (Reuters) - Australia's Woodside Energy WDS.AX said on Thursday it had agreed to sell a 10% stake in the liquefied natural gas project in Louisiana and an 80% interest and operatorship of the Driftwood pipeline to U.S. firm Williams WMB.N for $250 million.
