Belgium orders poultry to be kept indoors after bird flu outbreak

BRUSSELS, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Belgium ordered that all poultry be kept indoors from October 23 following the detection of a bird flu outbreak in the country, the federal food safety agency Afsca said on Wednesday.
