DUBLIN, Oct 2 (Reuters) - The United States is so far sticking to a framework trade deal with the European Union in its entirety, including shielding EU lumber, semiconductors and pharmaceuticals from higher tariffs, the bloc's trade commissioner said on Thursday.
"So far what we agreed in our joint statement, everything was respected, and of course, there will be discussions on many other sectors in the future," the commissioner, Maros Sefcovic, told a conference in Dublin, making reference to steel, wines, spirits and beers regarding future talks.
"I think that we have to be ready for, I would say, permanent relationship management."
