DECLARES FORCE MAJEURE AFTER IT EXPERIENCED AN OUTAGE AT ONE OF ITS COMPRESSOR UNITS AT COMPRESSOR STATION 343 (CS 343) LOCATED IN LIBERTY COUNTY, TEXAS
SAYS IT IS REQUIRED TO REDUCE THE MAXIMUM OPERATING CAPACITY EASTBOUND INTO SEGMENT 25 FROM SEGMENT 26 AND SEGMENT 22, THUS LIMITING NATURAL'S THROUGHPUT CAPACITY EASTBOUND THROUGH COMPRESSOR STATION 302
