US Midwest refinery runs rose last week to highest since December 2023, EIA says

NEW YORK, Aug 13 (Reuters) - The U.S. Midwest refineries utilization rate rose 2.1 percentage points to 101.2% in the week ended August 8, the highest since December 2023, data from the Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
Midwest refiners last operated above 100% of their capacity in December 2023.
