Med crude-Urals diffs steady, oil loadings from Russia's western ports may rise in Aug

- Urals crude differentials to dated Brent held steady on Wednesday, while oil loadings from Russia's western ports this month may rise after two refineries cut runs following Ukrainian drone attacks.

Russia plans to boost oil loadings from Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Novorossiisk to nearly 2 million barrels per day in August, about 200,000 bpd more than a previous estimate.

Indian refiners are awaiting government directions on whether to continue buying Russian oil after the United States decided to impose fresh 25% tariffs on Indian goods over New Delhi's energy ties with Russia, four industry sources said.

A restart of Iraq's Kurdish oil exports via Turkey's Ceyhan pipeline is not imminent, four industry sources familiar with the matter said on Wednesday, even though Iraq's oil minister was quoted saying he expected a resumption shortly.
