US tax credits on batteries hinges on Chinese content level, Engie CEO says

PARIS, Aug 1 (Reuters) - The chief executive of France's Engie ENGIE.PA said on Friday that a decision on whether Engie keeps U.S. tax credits on battery projects will hinge on whether it is below the threshold for Chinese content.
Catherine MacGregor made the comments during an analyst call after reporting results.
