Russian attack knocked out power to 220,000 consumers, Ukraine's Zelenskiy says

KYIV, July 23 (Reuters) - A Russian drone strike on an energy facility in the Sumy region in northern Ukraine caused power cuts for 220,000 consumers, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said.
"Repair work in Sumy region has been going on all day today after the Russian drone strike," he wrote on Telegram, adding that the supply had been restored to most of those affected.
