SAYS IT HAS ENTERED INTO DEFINITIVE AGREEMENTS TO ACQUIRE MIDDLETOWN ENERGY CENTER, A 484 MW NATURAL GAS FIRED POWER GENERATION ASSET IN BUTLER, COUNTY, OHIO.
SAYS ARCLIGHT IS ACQUIRING MIDDLETOWN THROUGH SERIES OF TRANSACTIONS FROM CONSORTIUM OF SELLERS
SAYS MIDDLETOWN, WHICH COMMENCED OPERATIONS IN 2018, ONE OF THE NEWEST NATURAL GAS COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANTS PROVIDING RELIABLE, DISPATCHABLE POWER TO PJM INTERCONNECT MARKET.
SAYS ARCLIGHT HAS MADE OVER 50 POWER INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS
