US health secretary says new pharmaceutical advertising policy coming

WASHINGTON, May 14 (Reuters) - U.S. health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on Wednesday that he expects to present a new policy on pharmaceutical company advertising within weeks.
"I'm working very hard on this issue, and we expect to come out with a policy within the next few weeks," Kennedy said during a Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions hearing.
