LONDON, April 8 (Reuters) - Northwest European gasoline refining profit margins rose by a little over $1 a barrel on Tuesday, as April exports out of Europe are set for a rise month-on-month.
A total of 10,000 metric tons of Eurobob E5 traded, with BP, Gunvor and Vitol selling to Litasco and Musket.
Just 1,000 tons of Eurobob E10 traded with Phillips 66 selling to BP.
Wider gasoline-naphtha spreads are opening up various arbitrage opportunities for gasoline blenders in ARA, according to Sparta Commodities' Philip Jones-Lux, including to Mexico and Canada that would usually be serviced by the U.S. Gulf coast refining hub.
EU and UK gasoline and blending component exports to other regions are set to jump to 1.14 million barrels per day in April, up from 860,000 bpd in March, Kpler data shows.
Venezuela's state-run oil company PDVSA is restarting its El Palito refinery's fluid catalytic cracker, which remained shut for 11 months, to partially offset the suspension of key units at its largest refinery due to a blackout, sources close to its operations said on Tuesday.
