REFILE-Keystone pipeline shut after leak in North Dakota

NEW YORK, April 8 (Reuters) - The Keystone oil pipeline from Canada to the United States was shut on Tuesday after a rupture was reported near Fort Ransom, North Dakota, the state's Department of Environmental Quality said.
The pipeline will likely be shut until tomorrow at the earliest, said Bill Suess, program manager for the department's spill investigation team.
