LUXEMBOURG, April 7 (Reuters) - The European Union's countermeasures on a list of U.S. items that will be hit with tariffs will not total 26 billion euros ($28.46 billion)' worth because the commissioners have been listening to member states, EU trade commissioner Maros Sefcovic told reporters on Monday.
The EU's list is a response to announced tariffs by the United States.
