Peru to work with export groups to minimize U.S. tariff hit
LIMA, April 7 (Reuters) - Peru is working with export groups to weigh the impact of fresh U.S. tariffs and limit their impact, Economy Minister Jose Salardi said on Monday.
When asked if tariffs would hurt the economy of Peru, a major copper exporter, Salardi responded that the government was maintaining its growth estimate for the year at 4%.
