March 31 (Reuters) - The fluidic catalytic cracker-3 unit at Motiva Enterprises' 626,000 barrel-per-day Port Arthur, Texas, refinery is expected to remain offline for two weeks following an unsuccessful restart attempt over the weekend, sources familiar with plant operations said on Monday.
