Carney to speak to media about Canada's response to tariffs

OTTAWA, March 27 (Reuters) - Prime Minister Mark Carney will speak to reporters at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1730 GMT) on Thursday after a cabinet meeting to discuss Canada's response to U.S. tariffs, his office said in a statement.
