MOSCOW, March 27 (Reuters) - Russia's Defence Ministry on Thursday accused Ukraine of attacking Russian energy facilities in the past 24 hours despite a moratorium on striking each other's energy infrastructure.
It said a transformer substation in the Bryansk region had been attacked. It said the military had also shot down a drone that was targeting the Glebovskoye underground gas storage facility located in Crimea, which Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014.
