Putin speaks to UAE president on Ukraine and OPEC+

MOSCOW, March 24 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke to United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan about the OPEC+ agreement and Russia-U.S. talks on Ukraine, the Kremlin said on Monday.
Putin thanked the UAE president for mediating in prisoner exchanges between Russia and Ukraine, the Kremlin added.
