MOSCOW, March 17 (Reuters) - A fire that was sparked by Ukraine's drone attack on March 14 at the Tuapse oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region has been extinguished, Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said on Monday.
The regional administration said on Saturday that the fire had an area of 1,250 square meters (13,500 square feet). About 200 firefighters were battling the blaze, it said.
