WASHINGTON, March 12 (Reuters) - Canada is seeking formal consultations with the United States regarding tariffs on steel and aluminum, Canadian trade minister Mary Ng said in a statement on Wednesday, in which she also expressed Ottawa's disappointment with Washington.
