HOUSTON, March 11 (Reuters) - India's Oil and Natural Gas Corporation is focusing its investments on the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, Rajarshi Gupta, the managing director of ONGC Videsh Limited, said on Tuesday at the CERAWeek conference in Houston.
