South Korea to actively engage in talks over Alaska gas pipeline, says industry ministry

SEOUL, March 5 (Reuters) - South Korea will actively engage in discussions over a gas pipeline project in Alaska as it is a matter of mutual interest of the two countries, an industry ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday.
South Korea, Japan and other countries want to partner with the United States in a "gigantic" natural gas pipeline in Alaska, U.S. President Donald Trump said in an address to the U.S. Congress on Tuesday.
