March 4 (Reuters) - The U.S. Department of Commerce said on Tuesday that it preliminarily determined that softwood lumber from Canada was being dumped into the United States at margin rates ranging from 9.48% to 34.61% in 2023.
The preliminary determination was made as a part of the department's sixth administrative review and covered Canadian softwood lumber imports to the United States in the 2023 calendar year, the Commerce Department said in a statement.
