Ukraine's military says it hit Russian oil facilities

KYIV, March 4 (Reuters) - Ukraine's military said on Tuesday it had carried out attacks overnight on oil pumping infrastructure in Russia's Rostov region and on an oil refinery in Samara region, where it said a fire had started.
A military statement on social media also mentioned "powerful explosions" in the vicinity of a gas transmission facility in Rostov region, without giving further details.
