Corrects spelling of surname to Birol in first paragraph
PARIS, Feb 25 (Reuters) - It might be time for Europe to replace Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) with LNG from Qatar by the start of 2027, International Energy Agency (IEA) Director Fatih Birol said at the International Energy Week in London on Tuesday.
He added that Europe had been importing a lot of Russian LNG to help its economies.
