China seeks public feedback on rare earth quota management

BEIJING, Feb 19 (Reuters) - China is seeking public feedback on draft measures for rare earth mining, smelting, separation, and information management, the industry ministry said on Wednesday.
The move is aimed at more effectively protecting its domestic rare earth resources, it added.
