CHICAGO, Dec 24 (Reuters) - Chicago Board of Trade corn futures ended slightly higher on Tuesday as traders adjusted positions ahead of the Christmas holiday and watched weather in Argentina closely.
CBOT December corn CZ24 settled up 3/4 cents at $4.48-1/2 a bushel.
Traders monitored weather conditions in Argentina, which has experienced a spate of dry weather recently but may see more precipitation in the coming weeks, according to Commodity Weather Group.
Strength in the U.S. dollar .DXY made U.S. exports more expensive and less competitive on the international market.
