TowneBank offers a full range of banking and other financial services. The Company's segments include Banking, Mortgage, Resort Vacation Management, and Insurance. The Company's Banking segment provides loan and deposit services to retail and commercial customers and also provides a variety of investment and asset management services. Its personal banking services include personal checking, personal lending and personal savings. Its business banking services include business checking, and online banking & treasury services. Its Mortgage segment provides originations of a variety of mortgage loans. The Company's Resort Vacation Management segment provides vacation rentals of distinctive resort properties. Its Insurance segment provides a full line of commercial and consumer insurance products and financial services, as well as employee benefit services. The Company operates banking offices throughout Hampton Roads and Central Virginia, as well as Northeastern and Central North Carolina.
