It invests in first mortgage loans with principal balances ranging from $15 million to $75 million. It invests in floating-rate first mortgage loans that provide bridge financing on transitional CRE properties. These investments are typically secured by properties undergoing redevelopment or repositioning activities that are expected to increase the value of the properties. It has a portfolio of over 21 floating-rate first mortgage loans with a weighted average maximum maturity of 2.6 years. The Company is managed by Tremont Realty Capital LLC.
