The Company's real estate assets consist of office properties and certain real estate assets that accompany office properties, including retail spaces and amenities and parking garages. It owns six properties consisting of approximately 1.0 million rentable square feet. The Company has also invested in real estate assets that accompany office space, including retail spaces with amenities, and may also invest in hospitality assets, residential assets and other property types exclusively in New York City. Its portfolio of properties includes 400 E. 67th Street - Laurel Condominium; 200 Riverside Boulevard - ICON Garage; 123 William Street; 1140 Avenue of the Americas; 8713 Fifth Avenue, and 196 Orchard Street. The Company’s business is conducted through New York City Operating Partnership, L.P. (the OP).
