Northwest Natural Holding Company is a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, provides natural gas services in Oregon and Southwest Washington. It owns Northwest Natural Gas Company (NW Natural), SiEnergy Operating, LLC (SiEnergy), NW Natural Water Company (NW Natural Water), NW Natural Renewables Holdings (NW Natural Renewables), and other business interests. NW Natural distributes natural gas to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Oregon and southwest Washington. It operates through the Natural Gas Distribution (NGD) segment. The NGD segment serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers. SiEnergy is a natural gas distribution utilities, serving approximately 70,000 residential and commercial customers in the greater metropolitan areas of Houston, Dallas, and Austin. NW Natural Water provides water and wastewater services to customers. NW Natural Renewables is established to pursue unregulated renewable natural gas activities.
