The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to focus on companies in the aerospace and defense services industry and the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industry, including TMT companies focused on cybersecurity and secured communications and quantum-based command and control systems, and artificial intelligence and machine-learning industries. The Company is not engaged in any business operations and has not generated any revenue.
