Cayson Acquisition Corp is a blank check company. The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While the Company intends to focus its search on businesses in Asia, it is not limited to a particular industry or geographic region for purposes of consummating an initial business combination. In particular, the Company intends to focus its search for a target business on private companies in Asia that are seeking access to the United States public capital markets. The Company has neither engaged in any operations nor generated any revenues.
