Shares of homebuilder company Beazer Homes USA BZH.N jump more than 30% to about $24.47 in morning trading

Dream Finders Homes DFH.N has agreed to buy Beazer Homes in an all-cash transaction valued at about $704 million, at $25.75 per share

The offer price represents a premium of 37.2% to Beazer Homes' last closing price on Friday, according to Reuters' calculations

Including session's moves, BZH up 20.4% and DFH down 16.6% YTD
